TCS Manual Injector

3506-01   (Injector only).

When using the TCS Manual Injector or the TCS Hydraulic Injector in conjunction with the TCS Digital Furnace:

  • Using 25mm cartridges
    • 550°F (288°C) | 15 – 16 min

Unbreakable™: 550°F 11 min. | iFlex™: 450°F 13 min. | Karadent™: 550°F 16 min. Note: The best way to inject Karadent™ resin is with the TCS Hydraulic Injector.

Unbreakable: 320°C 11 min. (145-150 PSI) | iFlex: 280°C 13 min. (145-150 PSI) | Karadent: 320°C 16 min. (150-165 PSI) Note: It is not recommended to inject Karadent™ using the Automatic Injector.


JP90 Handheld Injector must be used in conjunction with Digital Furnace, JP Flask, and Putty

Precision and Accuracy

The minimal maintenance handheld injector is the only one in the market to come with a special flask to inject up to 5 tooth saddles. The JP Flask and strength of the TCS Putty allow for precision and accuracy you can rely on when injecting small cases, unilaterals, and repairs.
