The Hot Air Welder is used for minor repairs or additions to a TCS Unbreakable Partial. Additions or repairs are made by using a piece of TCS Unbreakable (possibly an injected sprue left over from a case), the sprue is carefully melted, as is the area for addition or repair. The pieces are meshed together. This process is done slowly and carefully using hot air only, NO DIRECT FLAME as to not burn the material. The Hot Air Welder comes with 6 different attachments, however, the ONLY one used is the one that releases hot air. This technique takes some practice, see the video for examples. Butane gas will be needed to use the welder (capacity 15 grams, burn time 70 minutes), the welder is shipped empty of gas.
